Red Hibiscus

Red Hibiscus is the latest community of affordable workforce housing to be developed by The Bonita Springs Area Housing Development Corporation (BSAHDC). The community is located at the corner of Southern Pines Drive and Red Hibiscus Lane in Bonita Springs. Twenty six homes will be built, and grants for subsidies are already in place for candidates ranging from very low to moderate incomes.
These homes will be built in a similar energy efficient fashion as Renaissance at Rosemary Park, and will likely include some two story homes. The Renaissance Group is partnering with the City of Bonita Springs like was done for Renaissance at Rosemary Park, and this is what makes it possible for the homes to be affordable to the clients of BSAHDC.
